FtpWebClient

Added the code for a new filter on the WebClient, Downloaded it from aspalliance a great bit of code. I also hand crafted my own version of an ftpclient but I like the above extension better. When to bed late on this one. I could download files for other ftp servers but had a problem with my local ftp server, I had to forceably disconnect, I will look at this tonight.

I need to find a blog file specification. At the moment I serialize my object to disk.
